We are currently looking forward to welcoming a new member as a Focus Sales Manager in our Solutions dept. in Sofia, Bulgaria, who will be focused on Servers and Storage products.
You will be responsible for:
♦ Defines the portfolio and operates the pricing process of the products managed
♦ Expands and improves the business of the brand that the position held operates, according to the capability of the market and the targets defined by the Company
♦ Achieves the qualitative and quantitative indicator goals/targets set by the supervising manager
♦ Negotiates terms with vendors
♦ Develops and suggests for approving a strategy concerning the products managed
♦ Takes part in developing marketing plans and campaigns for the Company’s clients
♦ Monitors the market flow for the respective products and together with the Sales team strives to expand the distribution channels
♦ Consults partners and clients
♦ Prepares the organization of product trainings and takes part in their conduction
♦ Bachelor’s degree with a suitable professional qualification
♦ At least one year in the field of IT products management
♦ Technical knowledge of servers and storage products
♦ Fluency in English – both written and spoken is a must
♦ Capability of working in a team within a dynamic business environment
♦ Excellent sales and organizational skills
♦ Ability to analyze, plan, monitor the business goals and to take decisions responsibly
♦ Target oriented and diplomatic person with excellent communication skills, with a initiative and creative approach
♦ Excellent presentation skills and ability to successfully conduct business meetings
♦ Advanced proficiency in handling computer software as MS Excel (pricing) and MS PowerPoint (presentations)
♦ Experience with ERP systems is a plus
